Akron, Ohio • Utah Lt. Gov. Spencer Cox isn't a fan of his party's presumptive nominee, Donald Trump, and he doesn't expect to find himself backing the GOP standard bearer at the end of the Republican National Convention.

"I find that highly unlikely," Cox said in a video interview with The Salt Lake Tribune on Monday as the convention was about to begin.

Cox hesitated to come to Cleveland for the convention given his many concerns with Trump and how he's run his campaign. But in the end, he decided to come, saying it was his "duty."

"You don't change things by staying home," he said.

But did he see Trump changing enough to earn his vote?

"He hasn't shown he's capable of change," Cox said.
